The first time I met Don Smith was with my architect and he recommended that I work with Don two build two new high-end custom beach homes. From that meeting, I knew I wanted to work with Don and D&B Development and Construction. Don is incredibly patient, cool under pressure and has a vision and expertise that is invaluable. Don would spend countless hours with me discussing the project and various options for the new homes. D&B construction renovated our beach home into a dream place! They were easy to work with and very responsive throughout the process. They went above and beyond on many occasions including reinforcing old support beams and the like in our place when we didn't ask. They collaborated with us on all the major decision making and their subcontractors were also all hard working. They put everything in writing so it was very clear as to what we were getting so we could avoid any major issues... but when something wasn't right even if it was our fault they fixed it. They made what could have been a very stressful project easy and I highly recommend them for any project you might be thinking about.

I wanted to let you know what a fantastic job your crew did building Antigua's beachfront decks. These decks are far superior to what we had before. I am especially happy with the level of professionalism from both you and your crew. My manager made it a point to commend the crew's performance and the care they took to keep the job site clean and safe. She has seen it all and she said your guys were top notch.

This has been one of the smoothest projects I have experienced. Your dependability and your quick response time has been superior in comparison to many of the commercial and residential contractors I have worked with in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New York, and South Carolina for the past 20 years.

As a side note; your ability to quickly take care of our smaller but urgent welding repair in our building was very much appreciated considering the sudden nature of our request.
